How to delete recent document automatically

for those of you still using the windows operating system, you surely know about the recent document, the history of all the applications that we open, you can delete the recent document automatically do the following

1. Click Start -> RUN -> type regedit -> click OK

2. In the Registry Editor go to: HKEY_Current_User \ SOFTWARE \ Microsoft \ Windows \ CurrentVersion \ Policies \ Explorer

3. In the right window: right-click an empty area in the -> click new -> DWORD value, and give it a name: ClearRecentDocsOnExit
4. Double click DWORD ClearRecentDocsOnExit, change the value data numbers from 0 to 1
-> Click OK -> exit

while to restore as repeat steps 1.2 and 4, step 4 in the return value data from 1 into 0.
