Everyone has a different DNA-object, to find out the identity of someone can be done with DNA identification, the purpose of identification Dna is made to know the relationship between the biological individual in a family.

DNA (Deoxyribo Nucleic Acid). is the material that carries genetic information that can be derived. Cells in human DNA can be found in the cell nucleus and in the mitokondria. In the cell nucleus, DNA form a unity string called chromosome. Each cell has a normal human chromosome 46 and consists of 22 pairs of chromosome somatik and 1 sex chromosome pair (XX or XY).
DNA tests carried out due to various problems that occur, such as personal and legal issues such as: forensic (in Identification of murder victims), and adoption of children.

Usually in idetifikasi DNA using 2ml blood sample and store in the temperature 4 degrees centigrade
