To prevent the access of others to the office document, we can install a password on any documents that we have.
Way is as follows:
1. Open word document / excel / powerpoint that akan protected
2. click the tools menu
3. click options
4. click the Security tab
5. Here there are two password protection option
Password to open the first and second to modify the password file. And select the contents of one or both. Enter the desired password, reenter the password.
6. click ok, save the file.
Do not forget the password!
