Disable Autorun in Windows XP
Autorun virus infection can result from the flash to your computer, the autorun virus can be run automatically when connected to the computer.
How to disable autorun is
1. Click Start -> Run.
2. Type gpedit.msc and click OK.
3. Click on the User Configuration -> Administrative Templates -> System.
4. Double click on the Turn Off Autoplay.
5. Click the Enable option.
6. At the option Turn off Autoplay on, select All drives.
7. Click OK.
